Xexle collects content with the best ratings, likes and comments from all over the web.

The bot scans the Internet and searches for content that matches our criteria. Moderators then manually review each file and add the best ones. Files that fail moderation are added to a special stop list so that they never appear on the site.

All files on the service are optimized as much as possible without loss of quality.

As a result, users get the best found from all over the Internet without wasting time.

Application

Xexle works like a mobile app in one window. A single main page allows you to view all the content without redirects and new pages. This solution gives an incredible increase in the speed of the site.

Moderation is responsible for filtering files and complaints. The site administration has prepared rules according to which moderators must make decisions. The site prohibits files containing:

· Copyright

Actions taken to comply with the rules:

Sensitive files

The site does not specialize in specific categories and has a wide variety of files by content. From humor to files that can cause mixed or unpleasant feelings. Roleplay is fiction.

Afterword

The site does not aim to offend anyone or their feelings. The administration is open to dialogue and regularly reviews the rules in accordance with laws and modern social trends. The service contains only legal content, improves its policy and software solutions for moderation and meets halfway in resolving a variety of situations.

Xexle (the “Website”) is a user-generated video and photo sharing platform. All content available on the Website is uploaded exclusively by registered users who have successfully passed our age and identity verification process (“Verified Uploaders”).

The operator of Xexle is not the producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75) of any of the visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct contained on the Website. All such content is created and uploaded solely by the Verified Uploaders themselves.

The operator of Xexle maintains strict compliance procedures, including but not limited to the following:

1. Every Verified Uploader must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of registration and at the time of each upload.

2. As of 06 December 2025, Xexle has approximately 47 800 average monthly active recipients in the European Union, calculated as the average over the previous six months (June 2025 – November 2025).

2. Recommendation system explanation (Article 27 DSA)

Xexle uses a personalized recommendation system to improve user experience and help users discover relevant content.

The recommendation algorithm primarily takes into account the following parameters (in order of significance):

• Clicks, video views, watch time and completion rate
• Likes, dislikes and “Not interested” marks
• Search queries and browsing history
• Selected categories, tags and content preferences
• Frequency and recency of visits
• User’s country, language and device type
• Depersonalised behavioural signals (when consent is granted)

Users can directly influence recommendations by actively liking/disliking content, using the “Hide” button, clearing watch history or changing category preferences in their account settings.

Requirements for Copyright Infringement Notices

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. It must include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the removed material and its former location.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.
4. Your contact information and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or if outside the US, in the District of Cyprus).
5. A statement that you will accept service of process from the complainant.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If they do not notify us within 10-14 business days that they have filed a lawsuit, we may restore the content.

Repeat Infringer Policy

Xexle has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Repeat infringement is defined as receiving three or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period. We may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate them based on the severity and frequency of violations.

Misrepresentations

Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.

We also employ automated content recognition systems to proactively detect and prevent copyright-infringing material.
