Application
Xexle works like a mobile app in one seamless window. A single infinite feed lets you browse all content without redirects or new pages, delivering exceptional speed and convenience.
2. The site contains pornographic content and is entertaining. This means that the purpose of the site is to provide a platform for relaxation and a pleasant pastime. The administration does not adhere to any political views, does not advocate for or against anything, does not encourage anything and does not seek to participate in anything. The purpose of the site is to entertain. And nothing more.
3. The site contains only legal content. This means files that are acceptable from the point of view of the law in the countries where the site operates. The administration adheres to a zero-tolerance policy towards violence against minors and animals.
4. By using the site, you confirm that you are a mentally healthy person, do not have any problems with the perception of video and photo materials and viewing the site will not push you to illegal, antisocial or immoral actions.
5. The user undertakes to immediately stop using the site if the site content encourages him to violate any laws and seek help from the relevant organizations.

Moderation is responsible for filtering files and complaints. The site administration has prepared rules according to which moderators must make decisions. The site prohibits files containing:

Files that encourage or incite to do anything illegal are removed.

· Each file has a report button in case of a moderation error.
· Illegal queries are restricted by the search engine.
· Complaints about files with minors are processed out of turn.

HashCheck
As part of our content safety measures, Xexle provides HashCheck, a free file hash checking service.
HashCheck allows users, platforms, developers and organizations to check SHA-256 file hashes against source-marked hash records without uploading file contents.
HashCheck may help identify files that are known, reported, validator-submitted or user-submitted as restricted or prohibited.
A HashCheck result is a technical signal, not a legal conclusion. User-submitted hashes are not treated as verified records unless reviewed or submitted by a trusted validator.
The site does not specialize in specific categories and has a wide variety of files by content. From humor to files that can cause mixed or unpleasant feelings. First of all, the service relies on the legality of the file content and compliance with all the above rules. Each person has their own definition of immorality and acceptable boundaries. The service cannot please every user and adapt to their feelings and vision of the world, since this is impossible. Sensitive or immoral content is not illegal. What is unacceptable for some people is a harsh reality for others.
However, each user has the opportunity to send a report. Moderators are obliged to consider it and must not refuse to check any file.
We respect the right of each user to feel any emotions regarding the content of the files. In this regard, the service provides filtering, the depth of which the user can choose according to their preferences. Users also have the option to hide files and they will no longer appear in the search results.
Roleplay
The service contains categories and files that are roleplays. Roleplay is a simulation of fantasy events in which characters play roles within a situation. Roleplays include categories such as BNWO, Incest, BDSM, Violence, Rape, Humiliation, Sleeping, etc. The purpose of such files is NOT to offend, encourage or cause harm in any way. Roleplay is fiction.
Afterword
The site does not aim to offend anyone or their feelings. The administration is open to dialogue and regularly reviews the rules in accordance with laws and modern social trends. The service contains only legal content, improves its policy and software solutions for moderation and meets halfway in resolving a variety of situations.

Xexle (the “Website”) is a user-generated video and photo sharing platform. All content available on the Website is uploaded exclusively by registered users who have successfully passed our age and identity verification process (“Verified Uploaders”).
The operator of Xexle is not the producer (as that term is defined in 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75) of any of the visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct contained on the Website. All such content is created and uploaded solely by the Verified Uploaders themselves.
The operator of Xexle maintains strict compliance procedures, including but not limited to the following:
1. Every Verified Uploader must be at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher) at the time of registration and at the time of each upload.
2. Before any content containing actual sexually explicit conduct can be uploaded, the Verified Uploader is required to submit valid government-issued photo identification for every performer appearing in the content, proving that each performer was at least eighteen (18) years of age (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction) at the time the content was created, as well as signed consent and release forms.
3. Each Verified Uploader, acting as the primary producer of their content, certifies that they fully comply with all record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. §2257 and 28 C.F.R. 75 and agrees to maintain and make available the required records upon lawful request by authorities.
4. All content uploaded to Xexle must comply with the Website’s Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, and all applicable laws.
The original records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. §2257 for content appearing on this Website are kept by the respective Verified Uploaders (primary producers). In case of any lawful request relating to specific content, please contact us at the address below and we will immediately forward the request to the responsible primary producer.
Access to Xexle and all of its services is strictly prohibited to persons under the age of 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not permit minors to use the site and actively prevent such access through age verification systems.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any pedophilic activity. Any illegal content is removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities, to the 🇺🇸 U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to Interpol.

Xexle IP access restriction
Xexle provides its own voluntary access restriction solution. A parent, guardian, or current network owner can add the current IP address to our restriction list and block access to Xexle from this connection.
The restriction is enabled for 1 year and must be renewed after it expires. If you have many IP addresses or need to block subnets, please contact Support.
Xexle is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the EU Digital Services Act, and all applicable child-protection legislation worldwide. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and industry child-protection organizations.
Xexle is an adults-only website. This page lets a parent, guardian, or the current network owner add the current IP address to a voluntary access restriction list.
When the restriction is active, visitors from this IP will not see the regular site. They will see a safe notice explaining that access from this IP is limited, plus a request form in case someone enabled it without permission.
The restriction is enabled for 1 year. After that period it must be renewed from this page.

The recommendation algorithm primarily takes into account the following parameters (in order of significance):
Clicks, video views, watch time and completion rate
Likes, dislikes and “Not interested” marks
Search queries and browsing history
Selected categories, tags and content preferences
Frequency and recency of visits
User’s country, language and device type
Depersonalised behavioural signals (when consent is granted)
Users can directly influence recommendations by actively liking/disliking content, using the “Hide” button, clearing watch history or changing category preferences in their account settings.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our DMCA Agent. It must include:

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed in error.

Repeat Infringer Policy
Xexle has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers. Repeat infringement is defined as receiving three or more valid DMCA notices within a 12-month period. We may issue warnings, suspend accounts, or terminate them based on the severity and frequency of violations.
Misrepresentations
Any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed by mistake may be liable for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
We also employ automated content recognition systems to proactively detect and prevent copyright-infringing material.
Xexle stores data that is necessary for the quality and safe operation of the service.
The site may have access to:

Xexle FileCheck
As part of our commitment to combating violence against minors (including animals and other acts of violence), as well as the promotion of such content, we created a service that allows files to be checked for legality.
For 9 years, the service analyzed and blocked a large number of files, storing hashes for internal moderation. However, we have now decided to make this available to everyone: users, developers of other services and websites, and government agencies.
We express our gratitude to moderators, caring users, and the developers of our AI who helped us in this work and made it possible to implement this.

Distributed File Storage
