Why are some videos split into parts?

Video processing is performed by artificial intelligence. If it notices that the video is long and has frequent changes in what is happening, the file will be split into several parts marked "p-0", "p-1", etc.

Most users use the site via mobile devices. In such circumstances, long videos do not allow users to watch the preview in full, and also create inconvenience when rewinding. Also, users can quickly choose which part of the video to watch, which saves time.

Adding new content

Content is added every few hours, up to 40 files at a time. The total volume of new content can reach 500 files per day.

In order to diversify and satisfy all user requests, content of one category is added within no more than 24 hours. Next, content of a different category will be added, and so on.

How are views counted?

Views are not shown live. The counter is updated once every few minutes.

How to choose video quality?

Users always have access to the best quality available for their device. For mobile devices, the maximum available quality is HD (1280x720); for others, up to 4K is available.

UPLOADING

How to upload files?

By default, users cannot upload files. This is related to the project concept, security requirements, legal compliance, and other reasons. The service collects only high-quality curated content. To avoid turning the site into a "file dump", we use a moderation system.

Any user can submit a request to unlock file uploads. Moderators review requests in queue order and make a decision. The user may be contacted with follow-up questions about their intentions and the files they want to upload.

The applicant will receive a message with the moderation decision.

Uploaded files take too long to be published

File checks may be delayed. Possible reasons:

— Files are in queue and waiting for publication

— Files are under filtering by moderators and AI

— Files did not pass filtering

— Files did not pass uniqueness or interest checks

File upload request has not been reviewed

An upload request may remain under review for a long time. Possible reasons:

— Requests are reviewed manually, and your turn has not come yet

— The number of users already uploading files exceeds the current need

— The applicant was declined

ACCOUNT

Can I register multiple accounts?

Yes, you can. However, if you were banned due to a violation of the terms of use of the site, then all your new accounts will be at risk of suspension.

How to recover a password without email?

If you have not assigned an e-mail, then account recovery is unlikely.

You can send a message to support. However, this does not guarantee the restoration of access to the lost account.

I don't receive an email to reset my password

How to authenticate via QR code?

The authorization methods from different devices are listed below, but users can use whichever is most convenient for them.

Open the “Account” page on your desktop, then “Authorization via QR code”. Turn on the camera on your smartphone and scan the QR code. Wait a few seconds. Ready.

What is the validity period of a user session?

For security reasons, sessions are limited in duration. If a registered user has not visited the site within 14 days, the session is deleted. That is, such a user needs to enter a login and password after 14 days of inactivity.

What content is Premium?

Premium content includes categories: Addicted, Victim. Premium content can also be found in other categories. The main condition is rarity. The amount of premium content is less than 2% of the total.

Premium content does not contain anything illegal. There is no content with minors, animals (and other things). This is a legal site that operates in strict accordance with the laws.

How to get the trial version of Premium?

The service does not provide a trial version of the Premium subscription. That's why:

Why does Premium exist?

Additional services are the only way for projects like Xexle to exist. The service has advertising, but it does not cover even 5% of expenses. Advertising on adult websites can only bring in a few dollars a day, despite hundreds of thousands of users. This is the reality.

After the introduction of paid services, the service was able to afford moderation, developers, server fees and other expenses. Video hosting is very expensive.

Can I buy Premium if I already have an active subscription?

You can buy Premium at any time. In this case, the subscription will be renewed for a new period, but the remaining time of the current subscription will not be compensated.

FINANCE

Sent cryptocurrency, but coins were not replenished

The maximum time for payment processing is up to 8 hours.

Reasons:

— This may be due to the processing speed of cryptocurrency payments.

— There were difficulties in processing the payment and the operation was transferred to manual processing.

— You mixed up the cryptocurrencies or the network and therefore the payment did not come. The transfer is completed if the funds came to the specified wallet. The fact of sending money is not a completed payment.

Refund policy

Conditions:

— Refunds are possible within 24 hours after the balance is topped up. This time is enough to evaluate the products and services of the site.

— Within the limits of money laundering restrictions, a refund is possible to the same wallet/account from which the top-up payment was made.

— All purchased goods and services will be cancelled.

— If we detect signs of abuse during refunds, for example, repeated creation of accounts and requests for refunds, the user will be blocked along with the funds in the account.

After sending crypto: what to do next

If you have already reserved an address and paid, then click on the “I sent a payment” button.

The transaction is already being processed and Xexle Coins will be credited to the account immediately after confirmation.

You can watch content while waiting for coins to be credited.

How long does crypto payment confirmation take?

Each cryptocurrency has its own transaction processing time. This information can be found on the address reservation page.

Xexle Coins are credited to the balance only AFTER processing by cryptocurrency validators. The fact of sending does not mean instant replenishment of the balance.

Sent crypto but Xexle Coins are not credited yet

1. Check that you have sent the payment. Often, exchanges and wallets require you to confirm the transaction via Email, SMS, Push notifications or some other method. Make sure you have done this.

2. Make sure the transaction has been completed. That is, the transaction has been confirmed, validated and delivered to the address reserved for you. Typically, the status of a completed transaction is "Successful" or "Done" (or another synonym). The fact that cryptocurrency has been sent does not mean that it has been received.

3. Make sure that you have sent the cryptocurrency to the address that was reserved for you. Check the recipient's address.

4. Make sure that you have sent the transaction through the selected chain and have not confused it with another one.

5. Make sure that the payment processing time has expired. Each cryptocurrency has its own processing speed.

If you have checked all of the above points and the payment has still not been processed, then contact Support, providing the transaction ID.

Where to check payment status

Processed payments appear on your account's Top Up, Address Reserve, and Transaction History page.

How much crypto should I send?

Exchanges, wallets, and other applications have a built-in cryptocurrency calculator. This will help you understand the cryptocurrency amount in USD you are sending.

Please note that the cryptocurrency transaction fee, which you pay, will be deducted from the payment. The money will be credited to your balance minus this fee. Also, do not forget that cryptocurrencies are volatile and their quotes change quite quickly.

We recommend using calculations:

— Determine the amount you need on your balance on our website

— Add the transaction fee to this amount

— Add another 10-20% in case of rate changes

You can spend the overpaid amount on your next purchase or send it to another user.

Can my payment be credited to another account?

The same wallet addresses are not shown to different users at the same time. However, this does not mean that you can send a payment outside the wallet reserve period.

Each payment is moderated and if there are any problems, they will contact you.

What happens if the payment arrives after the timer expires?

Can I send an unsupported token?

Unsupported cryptocurrencies and tokens are not processed and will not result in a top-up. Refunds of such payments are not possible. Please be careful.

Should I change the network fee?

Transaction pending or stuck

Transactions that were sent but never arrived at our address within the reserved time are not considered received by us and are therefore not processed.

Xexle is not responsible for such transactions and does not compensate them.

I sent crypto to the wrong address

We are very sorry about this situation. The service does not compensate for such transactions.

We recommend that you be careful next time and be sure to check the address and the cryptocurrency chain.

Need more time to pay?

In some cases, users need more time for a transaction. We understand this. For example, if the transaction is not carried out by the user himself, but it is necessary to ask a third party to do it. This is a common situation and the service will help you in such cases.

To do this, contact the support service and you will be given a crypto wallet reserve for a long time. Transactions to this address will also replenish your balance.

Minimum and maximum top-up amounts

We do not recommend payments less than $1. Such transactions may be ignored.

The maximum transaction amount is unlimited.

Can I make multiple payments to one reserved address?

Yes. The user can make an unlimited number of transactions throughout the entire reserve.

How is crypto converted to Xexle Coins?

First, the conversion occurs from cryptocurrency to US dollars, and then to the coins of our service (1 USD = 100 coins).

Posts is a public feed of short messages inside the project.

Users can publish their thoughts, reply to each other, repost posts and save interesting posts to Bookmarks.

What post types are available?

At the moment the following post types are supported:

— `post` — a regular author post

— `reply` — a reply inside a thread

— `repost` — a repost of another post without your own text

— `quote` — a repost of another post with your own text

What is the difference between Reply, Repost and Quote?

— `Reply` is a response inside the discussion of the original post.

— `Repost` publishes someone else's post into your own feed without a comment.

— `Quote` publishes someone else's post into your own feed with your own comment.

Can I edit or delete my post?

Yes. Open the `Three dots` menu on your post.

— Choose `Edit` to open the inline editor under the post.

— Choose `Delete` to remove the post after confirmation.

What is the difference between Bookmarks and Likes?

— `Bookmarks` are your private saved posts.

— `Likes` are public reactions to a post.

Bookmarks help you return to a post later, while Likes show public interest in it.

How do formatting and spoilers work in Posts?

The composer supports plain text and markdown-like formatting.

— Bold: `**bold text**`

— Italic: `*italic text*`

You can also open `Preview` before publishing.

Can I post links, email addresses or messengers?

Links are allowed, but posts with links, email addresses or contact bait may be limited by internal anti-spam rules.

The same applies to attempts to move users into private messages, Telegram, WhatsApp, email or similar channels.

Can I set auto-delete or disable replies?

Yes. Open `Settings` while creating a post.

— `Lifetime` lets you choose how long the post stays visible in public feeds.

— `Disable replies` lets other users see the post, but prevents them from replying.

Why is my post not visible to other users or missing from Hot?

Possible reasons:

— the post violates community rules

— the post contains spam-like signals

— the post contains links, email addresses or suspicious contact requests

— the post was removed by moderation

— the post received a pessimistic internal weight and is visible only to the author

The `Hot` feed also depends on freshness, engagement and internal ranking signals.

Why can I not publish a post?

Publishing may fail if:

— you are not signed in

— posting is limited for your account

— the rate limit has been reached

— the text is empty where text is required

— the text violates community rules

Can I attach files to a post?

Yes. Posts support file attachments through the built-in uploader.

Images, GIFs and videos are supported.

Sometimes a file is uploaded first and becomes fully available a little later.

In rare cases the preview may appear with a short delay.

How do thread pages, tags, sharing and reports work?

— Click a post card to open its thread page.

— Use `Share` in the post menu to share the post.

— Use `Report` in the post menu to report the post.

— Search can work with plain text or with a tag like `#news`.

— Tags are written directly inside the post text.

Why is part of a long post hidden under Show more?

Long posts are shortened in list feeds for readability.

If the text is too long, the feed shows `Show more`.

On the thread page the full post is shown immediately.

How are views counted and what should I do if something works incorrectly?

Views are not counted as a simple live counter on every click.

The system tries to count only more realistic views.

Replies can be part of one shared thread if replies are enabled for the original post.

If you notice a bug, refresh the page, open the thread again and check whether the file finished loading and processing.

If needed, report the post or contact support.

POINTS

What are Points?

Points are a public reputation indicator inside Xexle. They show how trustworthy and useful a user has been over time.

How do I get Points?

Points are awarded for important profile and community milestones, for example:

— Account registration

— Adding email, bio, Telegram and Discord notifications, avatar

— Reaching followers milestones

— Long account age

— Topping up balance

— Purchasing Premium subscription

Why are Points needed?

Points help other users understand the level of social trust associated with an account.

This is useful for interaction between users, for example in P2P communication and similar cases.

Are Points the same as Coins?

No. Coins are an internal balance used for payments and paid actions.

Points are reputation, not a currency.

Can I buy Points?

No. Points cannot be purchased directly.

Can Points decrease?

Yes. They can decrease as a result of sanctions applied to an account for violating service rules.

Why do my Points not change instantly?

Points are updated once a week.

Are Points public?

Yes. Points are public indicators of account reputation.

Do Points give paid benefits?

Points primarily describe account reputation.

Can the same event give Points twice?

No. One-time milestone events are protected from duplicate rewards.

Xexle uses a personalized recommendation system to improve user experience and help users discover relevant content.

The recommendation algorithm primarily takes into account the following parameters (in order of significance):

  • Clicks, video views, watch time and completion rate
  • Likes, dislikes and “Not interested” marks
  • Search queries and browsing history
  • Selected categories, tags and content preferences
  • Frequency and recency of visits
  • User’s country, language and device type
  • Depersonalised behavioural signals (when consent is granted)

Users can directly influence recommendations by actively liking/disliking content, using the “Hide” button, clearing watch history or changing category preferences in their account settings.

The following is prohibited in Posts:

• any sexualized content involving minors or anyone presented as a minor

• non-consensual intimate material, revenge porn, coercion, or exploitation

• sexual services, escort offers, prostitution, or solicitation

• explicit sexual content that exceeds the platform's moderation standards for Posts

3. VIOLENCE AND DANGEROUS HARM

Do not publish graphic violence, murder, torture, dismemberment, shocking injury content, animal cruelty, credible threats, self-harm promotion, suicide encouragement, or dangerous instructions that could harm individuals or the public.

4. HARASSMENT, HATE, AND TARGETING

Posts must not be used for stalking, intimidation, humiliation, direct threats, coordinated harassment, hate speech, or discrimination based on protected characteristics.

5. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA

Do not publish passports, addresses, phone numbers, banking details, private correspondence, doxxing materials, or other personal information without a lawful basis and clear authorization.

6. SPAM, MANIPULATION, AND TECHNICAL ABUSE

Posts cannot be used for mass spam, fake giveaways, misleading clickbait, bot amplification, phishing, malware distribution, exploit sharing, security bypass attempts, or moderation evasion.

7. COPYRIGHT AND IMPERSONATION

Do not publish content that infringes copyright, republishes someone else's protected material without permission, or impersonates another person, brand, organization, or official source.

8. MODERATION AND ENFORCEMENT

The platform may limit reach, hide, reject, or remove Posts without prior notice where required by moderation, safety, operational, or legal reasons. Accounts may be restricted or blocked for repeated or severe violations.

Where legally required or justified, technical data such as IP addresses, device data, and activity logs may be retained and disclosed to competent authorities or legal partners. The platform does not assist in concealing violators.

9. FINAL NOTE

These rules may be updated as the service evolves. By publishing in Posts, the user accepts that moderation decisions may rely on these rules, the website's broader legal pages, and applicable law.

Xexle is not a part of P2P offers. Users make money transfers without the participation of Xexle.

Users who have replenished their balance over 3000 coins (30 USD) can transfer coins.

The bulletin board has moderation.

Offers on the Bulletin Board from users who do not have coins or who cannot make transfers will be removed. The offender will be blocked.

If fraudulent activities, deceit, abuse are detected, the user will be blocked along with the coins on the balance.
